About Us
Vidara Education Program
The Vidara Education Program is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization that was founded in 2022 to educate Miami-Dade students about how a plant-based food system benefits the animals, the environment, and our health. By promoting and encouraging students to make better food choices every day, we allow students to build a future that’s more compassionate and sustainable.
Our academic presentations are at no cost to teachers or schools, and are designed for students attending middle schools, high schools and colleges/universities.
About the Presenter
Miguel Endara is a certified Miami-Dade County Public Schools presenter and has given hundreds of presentations, reaching over 15,000 students across Miami-Dade schools, colleges, universities and events. With multiple years of experience as an educator, he is able to provide students with vital information about how a plant-based food system can have a significant positive impact on the animals, the environment and our health.
